Glass Art

 I wanted to paint glass but I didn't know the best way to go about it. So I paper machete the glass with glue, water and layers of Kleenex tissue paper. I then let it dry and painted acrylics on top. I finished with a spray gloss.

First, I did an under painting, just to get the composition on the support Next, I started to focus on lights and darks to show contrast in the bottle and fabric. Finally, I used highkey reds to create the folds in the fabric. I also glazed the bottle to give it its translucent appearance.
